Un cop freda, treure les llavors amb l&#8217;ajuda d&#8217;una cullera i raspar tota la carn, descartant la pell.<\/li>\n<li>Triturar fins a obtenir un pur\u00e9 i pesar la quantitat que ens far\u00e0 falta. Barrejar l&#8217;oli amb els sucres i els ous. Afegir el pur\u00e9 de carbassa i el iogurt.<\/li>\n<li>Tamisar la farina, el llevat, el bicarbonat i la sal i incorporar a la massa, remenant nom\u00e9s fins que s&#8217;integrin. Separar un ter\u00e7 de la massa en un altre bol i posar el cacau i les minigotes de xocolata.<\/li>\n<li>Preparar un motlle amb mantega i farina o esprai antiadherent. Anar alternant les dues masses.<\/li>\n<li>Coure amb el forn pr\u00e8viament escalfat a 170\u00baC uns 50 minuts. Comprovar si est\u00e0 cuit punxant amb una brotxeta i mirant que surti neta.<\/li>\n<li>Per fer la salsa de caramel nom\u00e9s caldr\u00e0: Escalfar la nata. Posar en un recipient al foc el sucre amb un rajol\u00ed d&#8217;aigua i deixar escalfar fins que es faci un caramel torrat suau. Afegir la nata a poc a poc.
